Where do the donations go?

Local donations go to economically disadvantaged youth and low-income and isolated seniors in the city of Pomona, and surrounding cities. International donations are shipped to El Salvador and distributed to underprivileged communities through our trusted volunteers. Our first stop in La Libertad, El Salvador.

How often do you send aid shipments and conduct distributions?

Tías & Tíos conducts local care package distributions on a recurring basis throughout the year in Pomona and surrounding communities. These distributions are scheduled based on identified community needs, available resources, and partnerships, ensuring underserved youth and elderly individuals receive consistent and timely support.

In addition to local efforts, Tías & Tíos sends one aid shipment to El Salvador every month, consisting of a care package box that supports underprivileged children and elderly individuals. International distributions are coordinated through trusted local partners to ensure accountability, proper delivery, and community-centered impact.

At this time, visits are not offered. All work is carried out by trusted local volunteers for safety and logistical reasons. For the same reason, we do not publicly share the identities of the families we serve.
