Many adults returning to El Salvador face financial hardship and lack of opportunities. Tias & Tios is asking local businesses to open their doors—offer employment, mentorship, or aid to help these individuals rebuild their lives with dignity.

  • Tías & Tíos is a nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, family values, and community responsibility. Inspired by the role of “aunties and uncles” who care beyond obligation, we exist to ensure no child or elder is overlooked.

  • Shoes (casual and work-appropriate)

  • Bedding sheets (twin/full)

  • Undergarments (new)

  • Hygiene products (deodorant, razors, toothpaste, soap, shampoo)

  • Backpacks or shoulder bags

  • Notebooks, pens, and folders

  • Flash drives

Children (Ages 0–17)

  • Summer clothing

  • Sandals

  • School shoes (black preferred)

  • White socks

  • Undergarments (new, all ages)

  • Backpacks

  • School supplies (notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, markers, folders, glue, scissors)

  • Toys (non-battery preferred)

  • Hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, comb, hair ties)

  • Reusable water bottles

  • Lunch bags or small lunch boxes

  • Hats or caps (sun protection)

Elderly (Ages 60 and up)

  • Summer clothing (sizes S, M, L)

  • Undergarments (new)

  • Adult diapers (all sizes)

  • Easy-tie or slip-on shoes

  • Socks

  • Hygiene products (body wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, soap, shampoo)

  • Towels (hand and bath)

  • Bedding sheets (twin/full)

  • Light blankets

  • Lightweight sweaters or shawls
